Edward Beals is an accomplished entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in management consulting, he possesses expertise in strategy development and project implementation. Edward helps lead teams through challenging initiatives such as developing and implementing new tools, processes and operating models as well driving venture integration. At Northshore, he helps lead the marketing and business development aspects of the firm.  

With a career start in engineering he shifted into tech and business transformation finding his way to management consulting which aligned with his quest to experience change and new challenges. After a successful career in consulting, Edward co-founded and led the award-winning management consulting firm Loft9. He worked across multiple industries to solve complex business challenges while simultaneously running and scaling Loft9. The Loft9 ownership team achieved a successful exit through acquisition by the global consulting firm, Sia Partners. 

Edward holds a BS Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). He has served on non-profit boards focused on education and health. 

In his free time, Edward enjoys playing music, off-roading, global travel and attempting to cook dishes from around the world with his family.
